School Programs

Child Care Supports

Algoma District School Board provides door to door transportation for all Junior Kindergarten students within their school boundary.  Transportation is also provided for students travelling within the school boundary to and from a Daycare and/or Before and After school programs.

Parents/guardians are encouraged to make Child Care arrangements (if needed) as soon as possible for their children before the start of the school year.  It is up to the parent/guardian to make these arrangements and to clarify if the Child Care Suport provides Before and/or After school care.

Parents/guardians should also contact the Child Care Support provider to confirm:  fees for before-and-after school programs and information on how to apply for financial assistance for before-and-after school programs.
