ADSB Parents and Guardians are invited to participate in the ADSB Family Voice Survey.
The ADSB Family Voice Survey consists of asking about your child’s experience and your own experience in our schools and working with our staff. The survey will help us to understand what is going well, and if there are areas for improvement with respect to your family’s experience with our schools. The information will be used by your school Principal and teachers to help them promote an environment of respect, safety, and belonging for all students. In addition, information from the survey will be used by Board staff to plan for future programs and resources.
The survey may take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The survey will be available from Tuesday, April 22 to Friday, May 23, 2025.
Participation is Voluntary
The ADSB Family Voice Survey is completely voluntary. You choose freely to participate and once started, you are free to choose not to answer any question. However, it is important that the ADSB Family Voice Survey reflects the voices of all parents/guardians – the more responses we receive, the more effective the data will be to help inform and improve programming and instruction.
Privacy and Confidentiality
The ADSB Family Voice Survey is completely anonymous and confidential. This means that survey answers cannot be connected to individuals in any way.
If completing a paper copy of the survey, after completing your survey, please return the survey by May 23, 2025, to your school Principal in a sealed envelope addressed with:
